Welcome! If this is your first visit, the hair questionnaire is a simple way for me to get to know you and your hair before your appointment. It helps me understand your hair history, what’s working (and what’s not), and what your goals are—whether that’s keeping things low-maintenance, bringing your hair back to health, or trying something brand new. Filling it out means when you walk into the salon, I already have a plan tailored just for you, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
